&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Awaiting my favorite sexicano to achieve perfection on this recipe- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;but we are getting pretty close.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Split red lentils (1 cup) with 4.5 cups water. Before boiling, add plenty fresh cracked pepper and sea salt. Sauté white onion in EVOO, coriander and fresh black cracked pepper, add to soup after boiling and let simmer together.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What you’ll need:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup raw almonds&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2-3 cups of water&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;vanilla extract (optional)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;blender&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;cheesecloth/muslin/pantyhose &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What you’ll need to do:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Combine almonds and water. Let sit overnight. Blend together and pour into a jar lined with cheesecloth/muslin/pantyhose. Let this separate the milk from the leftover almond chunks. Make sure to give the cloth a good squeeze when you’re done to get as much out as you can. Refrigerate and enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;

She then began to tell the boy, loud enough for me to hear, how vicious my dog probably was, and how he would probably bite the little boy because of his “type.”  I have never been so disgusted, the woman continued to talk about how “mean” my dog probably was. I couldn’t get out of the store soon enough. Especially when other children had just been petting and the old lady saw that. I don’t understand how people can be so ignorant and rude.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;However, upon sitting down getting ready to indulge, we opted for sans bibb lettuce wraps.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And the recipe:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Red Pepper (Careful, currently $5.99 a lb for Organic)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Red Onion&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Black Beans&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sea Salt, Black Pepper&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tabasco Habanero (To Taste)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Quinoa&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salsa (For fresh made, use tomatoes, green onion, plenty of cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, more hot sauce, garlic powder, sea salt &amp;amp; black pepper and process)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yes, corn isn&amp;#8217;t exactly the best for you - and obviously not in good season right now, so I found a can of organic, non-gmo, no salt added corn to add to the mix.  I have a weird obsession with corn, but if you can do without, it&amp;#8217;s just as good.&lt;/p&gt;
